My story

Hello everyone, this is my story.

In 2008 I went to cooking school in Argentina and continue my career in Australia, where I was working in fine dining world class wineries. While still having a love for exquisite flavors and spectacular food, my personal journey led me to a deeper interest in health.

Lifestyle changes and a new passion for a food style that is delicious but as well nutritious followed along and guided me to lead a vegan/vegetarian restaurant in Sydney. Shortly after that, I started to study nutrition.

Calling Costa Rica home now, I will continue my journey here to serve organic, fresh meals. The focus will be on the specific nutrients in food with the intention to support the bodymind and contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
